The ceremony was well attended by important representatives including Ms. Liu Shui-xian, Vice Secretary General of Printing Technology Association of China and the key Rotogravure Committee members including the President - Mr. Xu Wen-Cai, Vice Presidents - Mr. Chu Ting-Liang & Mr. Wang Wei-xin, Secretary General - Mr. Ma Er-jun; as well as over 480 attendees of the 2nd edition of Rotogravure Committee Board Meeting and 2010 Rotogravure Forum.

Theme of the competition: “Splendid Rotogravure Premium．Quality Excellence”
A large spectrum of 209 contestants’ artworks that falls into various categories including Flexible Packaging (90 pieces); Folding Carton (83 pieces), Integrated Nature (36 pieces), and so on. 10 rotogravure experts were appointed by the association to be adjudicators of the competition, 7 Gold Awards (Flexible Packaging – 3; Folding Carton - 4); 15 Silver Awards (Packaging – 5; Folding Carton – 6; Integrated Nature – 4) and 29 Outstanding Awards (Packaging – 10; Folding Carton – 11; Integrated Nature – 8) were selected in compliance with the principal of “Fairness, Righteousness, Transparency, Public Welfare”.
Honorable guests including leaders and general management representatives of International Food Packaging Association, Beijing Institute of Graphic Communication, Printing Technology Association of China - Rotogravure Committee, China Academy of Printing Technology, China Packaging News, China Academy of Printing Institute and Shaanxi Beirun Printing Machinery Co., Ltd, etc were invited to present trophies and certificates to all award winners.
During the ceremony, China Printing Association - Rotogravure Committee had announced that all winning pieces of the competition will be displayed at the “The 2nd China Rotogravure Premium Competition Premium Display Zone” throughout the 3-day show of the “18th Printing South China” to promote these finest innovations to the whole industry.
